The participant declares to be informed, following the italian law art. 13 del D.Lgs. n. 196/2003, that:

  • 1. his/her own general data present in the form, or any other data acquired during the course, will be treated by "Manualmente - Formazione in Movimento" also electronically to discharge the commitments related to the event, for statistic goals, for advertising or to discharge public or ministerial commitments;
  • 2. the provision of own data is an optional but necessary too take part at the event;
  • 3. the own data will be also given to companies linked to Manualmente s.a.s. or others appointed to process the data to reach point 1. goals. The participants can refuse to the data treatment provided for commercial information or for advertising or for market research and interactive communication. The participant is informed that following the Italian law art. 13 del D.Lgs. n. 196/2003, in any moment and for free can ask to modify and/oe delete his/her own personal data asking directly to the Data supervisor of Manualmente s.a.s. – Via Giuseppe Grandi 10 – 21100 Varese
